Contractual Terms & Conditions:
Chambers can draft contractual terms and conditions, specifically tailor made for your business. If you don’t have terms and conditions then you have no protection if things go wrong. E.g. you won’t be able to claim your goods back from the liquidator, if your customer goes bust! So not only do you not get paid, but you don’t get your goods back either!

Credit Searches:
Knowledge is the key to bad debt prevention. You wouldn’t open a credit account facility for a customer who had half a dozen CCJs would you? Bank and trade references are no longer reliable sources of information. You need to be in a position to make an informed decision, before you part with goods or services.
