Our aim is to resolve matters amicably wherever possible and on most occasions we are able to do so. If you have received correspondence from us, please do not ignore it as this will not solve the problem.
Complaints Procedure
Our policy is to treat all matters in a fair and just manner. If you believe that you have been dealt with by us unfairly then you should make your complaint known to us in writing.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and issue a complaint reference. If you do not receive a complaint reference within 14 days, please contact us by telephone.
We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within 28 days of receipt. If you are not happy with our response, then you may have a right to complain to the Financial Ombudsman. A link to the Financial Ombudsman Service is shown below:
