Chambers was founded in April 1996. Our aim was to provide a professional credit management service to clients who did not have the resources to employ their own in-house credit controllers, accountants or solicitors. By providing our services, we can ensure that our clients are competing on a level playing field by ensuring that invoices are paid quickly but without destroying any goodwill that has been developed with their customers. Developing a healthy cashflow is not about losing customers!

Nevertheless, there are times when it is necessary to act swiftly to prevent losses and whilst a high percentage of cases are resolved without recourse to litigation, Chambers has it’s own in-house legal team that can take the appropriate legal action quickly and cost effectively, if the need arises.

Although the core element of the business is credit management and debt recovery, our services have evolved over time in accordance with our client’s requirements. To this end, Chambers can provide your business with a total credit management solution and many of our existing client’s take a great degree of comfort, in the knowledge that we are literally a phone call away but the meter isn’t ticking every time that they pick up the phone.
